Jennifer Oxford


Jennifer Oxford focuses her practice in commercial real estate law. She assists her clients with all aspects of real estate development, including acquisitions, sales, financings, development, and leasing. Jennifer has a passion for real estate which, combined with an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Regional Planning, uniquely situates her to understand clients’ needs and provide relevant advice.

Professional Background/Achievements

Immediately prior to joining Morningstar Law Group, Jennifer was a commercial real estate associate with K&L Gates LLP in their Raleigh North Hills office. There, Jennifer led a number of matters involving large portfolio sales and acquisitions, as well as handled financings and leases. Jennifer also has experience representing lenders on affordable housing tax credit projects, environmental matters, and some experience in commercial business litigation.

Prior to law, Jennifer was a Senior Transportation Planner with The Louis Berger Group, Inc., and led numerous bicycle, pedestrian, Safe Routes to School, and community impact studies.
