Megan Gemunder


Megan Gemunder is an experienced corporate law attorney who has worked on issues related to government contracts including acquisition planning, contract formation, solicitations, awards and matters related to contract administration and disputes.

Her experience includes almost 8 years’ as an attorney at the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, D.C., as well as a legal analyst for the National Association for Biomedical Research and a Deputy District Attorney for the Fifth Judicial District, in Eagle, Colorado.

Education and Admissions

Megan is licensed to practice in Colorado. She graduated from University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2003. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1997. She received her LLM in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law in 2015.
