Morningstar Law Group Seeks Admin Assistant

Morningstar Law Group seeks a motivated assistant to support the Operations and/or Finance Department, including tasks related to HR, general administration, minor IT support, legal billing, A/R, A/P and other essential functions of each department. The successful candidate will be an effective, professional communicator with a minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience, will be highly technologically proficient, fluent in MS Office, and other common office applications, and will be a flexible, fast learner, and an effective multi-tasker.

This position can be full- or part-time depending on the applicant’s experience and preference. If part-time, this position requires 15-20 hours per week and will work closely with the Operations or Finance department. If full-time, the position will work with both departments.

Essential duties will include responsibilities from the Operations and/or Finance departments.

Operations:
● Benefits administration
● General human resources support
● Facilities coordination
● Legal library and reference resource management
● Minor technological troubleshooting and portal management
● General office management

Finance:
● Client expense entry and tracking
● Pre-bill generation and editing
● Invoice distribution
● A/R assistance, including collections
● A/P assistance
● Filing & records management
● General admin assistance, as needed
