Abby Freeman is a corporate transactions lawyer who advises clients on complex financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She represents private equity funds, lenders, and private companies in a range of matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, debt financings, and recapitalizations.
Abby has experience guiding clients through intricate financing structures, including first lien, unitranche, second lien, and mezzanine credit facilities, as well as equity co-investments, leveraged buyouts, and workouts. She also advises funds, companies, and investors on transactions throughout the business lifecycle, from mergers and acquisitions to divestitures, recapitalizations, and exit transactions.
Prior to joining Morningstar Law Group, Abby was an associate in the corporate and private equity group of an international law firm.
