Lucy K.H. Campbell
Lucy Campbell - Land Use & Litigation Attorney

Lucy Campbell is a land use and litigation attorney who helps clients navigate the legal, regulatory, and practical issues that can affect real estate projects and business operations. She advises property owners, developers, and businesses on zoning, land use, and development matters and represents clients before local governments and in legislative, administrative, and quasi-judicial proceedings.

Lucy also represents clients in commercial disputes, real property matters, and regulatory issues. Whether helping a client move a project forward, resolve a dispute, or assess potential litigation risk, she focuses on practical solutions that account for both the immediate legal issue and the client’s broader business objectives.

Drawing on her experience in state government and the North Carolina court system, Lucy brings an informed understanding of governmental and judicial processes to her practice. Before entering private practice, she served as Director of the North Carolina Judicial Fellows Program, where she worked closely with trial court judges, court officials, and attorneys across the state. That experience continues to inform her practical, strategic approach and her emphasis on clear, responsive client service.

Outside of her practice, Lucy enjoys distance running and exploring North Carolina with her husband, Matthew, and their dog, Cash. She is also passionate about mentoring future lawyers and supporting initiatives that expand access to legal services in underserved communities.
