Morningstar Law Group is proud to announce that its partner Swain Wood has been named General Counsel to the Attorney General, by North Carolina’s new Attorney General, Josh Stein. Wood, a litigator whose practice has focused on intellectual property litigation and complex business disputes, will leave Morningstar Law Group and join the Department of Justice on February 1.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of Morningstar Law Group. While I will miss being part of the firm, I am deeply honored to have a chance to serve the State of North Carolina as General Counsel to the Attorney General,” Wood said.
