Isabella Crabtree is a business attorney in Raleigh who advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and general business matters. She works with private companies, investors, and other business clients throughout the full lifecycle of transactions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation and closing.

Isabella brings a client-centered approach to every assignment. She enjoys getting to know each client’s goals and helping them navigate transactions with confidence from start to finish.

Prior to joining Morningstar Law Group, Isabella worked in mergers and acquisitions for KPMG, where she supported private equity-driven mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings across a variety of industries and deal sizes.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and visiting Hilton Head Island.
