Representative Experience

  • Advise companies and executives with respect to compliance with a wide variety of local, state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Draft, evaluate, and advise on workforce-related agreements, including employment agreements and separation agreements; non-competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements; consultant and independent contractor agreements.
  • Draft, evaluate, and advise on employment related policies, forms, procedures, and workforce-related documentation.
  • Provide support for M&A and other business transactions with drafting, analysis and due diligence related to workforce-related documents, disclosures, and issues.
  • Represent business clients in EEOC proceedings, including position statements, responses to requests for information, and mediation.
  • Conduct audits of workforce practices and policies to identify and address compliance gaps and opportunities to improve.
  • Negotiate and draft executive compensation agreements, retention bonus agreements, and related agreements in connection with complex business transactions.
