Garett Schwartz is a corporate attorney and mergers and acquisitions lawyer in our Raleigh office who assists companies with M&A and general business issues. He advises clients on sophisticated transactions, negotiating and drafting a wide range of corporate agreements.

While assisting companies with complex transactions, Garett brings a detailed-oriented approach to every case to ensure that every point is properly covered. He enjoys working closely with clients, understanding their individual needs, and tailoring his work to meet the specific demands that each situation requires.

Prior to joining Morningstar Law Group, Garett worked at a boutique corporate law firm in Charlotte where he focused on corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions.

As a former hockey player, you’ll often find Garett working out at the gym in his free time and cheering on his beloved Florida Panthers and Florida State Seminoles.
