Nick Bogdash is a corporate attorney who advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and general business matters. He works with companies, owners, and investors on a range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, business formation, and private equity matters.

Nick has particular experience representing architecture, engineering, and related professional services firms in transactional and regulatory matters, including advising on corporate structuring to comply with state licensing requirements. His work also includes supporting transactions for middle-market companies and assisting clients with tax-informed structuring decisions.

Prior to joining Morningstar Law Group, Nick worked with a North Carolina law firm where he assisted small and middle-market companies with mergers and acquisitions, finance, and tax strategy.

When he is not practicing law, Nick enjoys attending Carolina Hurricanes games with his wife and spending time with their dog and two cats.
