Morningstar Law Group’s Real Estate and Land Use team hosted its annual Real Estate Cocktail Party last Thursday evening at TRAINE in downtown Raleigh. Approximately 80 attendees—including firm team members, engineers, architects, owners, developers, and local government officials—gathered for an evening of conversation and connection.
The event offered an opportunity to catch up with longtime colleagues and build new relationships across the Triangle’s real estate community. Each year, we give guests a small token of our appreciation. This year’s gift carried a special connection to both our firm and our region: Miracle Road: The Story of Research Triangle Park, coauthored by firm partner Mack Paul and his father, Allen Paul.
Following the reception, the evening continued with an intimate after-party at High Rail.
