Morningstar Law Group is delighted to announce that Jeffrey Roether has joined the firm as a Litigation Associate. He has experience in a number of fields, including contract disputes, securities litigation, insurance coverage disputes and products liability litigation.
Jeffrey graduated with a B.A. from Columbia University in 2004 and earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2008 where he served as Notes & Articles Editor of the Fordham Law Review. Prior to joining Morningstar Law Group, Jeffrey practiced as a litigation associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York City and served as Law Clerk to the Honorable John F. Keenan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Jeffrey is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is not admitted to practice in North Carolina.
