Hank is the newest member of the Firm’s Litigation Team and will assist clients with business and commercial litigation needs including complex contract disputes, business torts and insurance coverage disputes.

Prior to joining Morningstar Law Group, Hank practiced as a litigation associate at Christian &
Barton, LLP in Richmond, Virginia and served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Jackson L. Kiser of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
Hank graduated with a B.A. from Washington and Lee University and earned his J.D. from University of Richmond School of Law.
