Morningstar Law Group Partner Kip Johnson returns to this year’s Becoming an Investor-Ready Entrepreneur workshop sponsored by North Carolina’s Small Business and Technology Development Center. The event was designed by experienced entrepreneurs, angel investors, angel networks/fund executives and venture capitalists to educate and prepare growth-oriented entrepreneurs to successfully engage private equity investors. Kip will participate on the six-person panel and will offer insights into due diligence, funding, & business strategy.
