Morningstar Law Group client Capital Associates is set to begin its revitalization project in the Five Points area of Raleigh, NC. According to Jed Byrne, VP of Development with Capital Associates, the project will convert 47,000 square feet of former warehouse space into “really cool creative office space” and will include an “Artist of the Month” mural project featuring the work of local artists until construction begins in September 2020. Morningstar Law Group attorneys Jason Barron and Nil Ghosh assisted with land use and zoning matters critical to the project moving forward.
