Scott is a corporate attorney and finance lawyer who represents investors, banks and companies in a wide variety of transactions.

He has more than two decades of experience advising clients on complex financial and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, acquisition finance, ownership transitions, leveraged finance, refinancing and restructuring matters, and general corporate matters as outside general counsel.

Scott’s finance experience allows him to anticipate unique issues clients may face with respect to transaction funding structures, and to address finance and default risks. Scott enjoys the collaborative nature of corporate law and working closely with clients to structure efficient outcomes.
