Morningstar Law Group is very excited to announce that Shannon Joseph has become a partner in the firm effective January 1, 2020. Shannon joined the firm’s litigation practice group after serving as a state Superior Court Judge and a North Carolina Administrative Law Judge. With more than 20 years of experience in private practice and judicial service, she represents businesses and individuals in every phase of dispute resolution and management — from early dispute resolution, to trial and arbitration representation, through appeal. Shannon also is a DRC Certified Superior Court Mediator and a member of the Panel of Neutrals for the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. Since joining the firm in 2014, Shannon repeatedly has been recognized in Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite.
