Lee Patterson is a corporate attorney who represents clients on mergers and acquisitions and advises on corporate governance, securities law, and general business matters. His practice includes representing buyers and sellers in stock and asset acquisitions, as well as advising companies on structuring, compliance, and day-to-day corporate needs.

Lee has particular experience working with architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) firms, including advising on professional licensing and regulatory compliance matters. He also represents clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, and technology.

His work includes advising clients on corporate governance, restructurings, contract review, securities compliance, and financing arrangements, as well as assisting with entity formation and organizational matters.

Outside of his practice, Lee enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking (especially smoked meats), and attending live music and sporting events. He is also an avid supporter of the North Carolina Tar Heels.
