Ken Carroll is a mergers and acquisitions lawyer who represents buyers and sellers in acquisitions, divestitures and mergers ranging in size from $100,000 to over $750,000,000. As a business attorney, Ken frequently represents business entities in structuring and negotiating joint ventures and strategic alliances.

He also provides general corporate and business advice to many of North Carolina’s leading companies.

Prior to co-founding Morningstar Law Group, Ken was a partner at Womble Carlyle, where he practiced for more than 25 years.
