Will Graebe is a corporate litigation attorney who assists clients with internal disputes, contract disputes, and failed transactions, and other business law matters. He enjoys finding creative and efficient solutions to complicated problems and works closely with each client to find the right path forward for them and their businesses.

Prior to joining Morningstar Law Group, Will was an associate with Graebe Hanna & Sullivan, where he focused on commercial litigation. He began his law career at Yates McLamb & Weyher after graduating from the UNC School of Law.

Will enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing disc golf, and hiking and backpacking whenever possible. He lives in Raleigh with his partner, Claire, and their greyhound, Scout.
