Morningstar Law Group – Raleigh Law Firm – Durham NC Attorneys

We've Moved! Our Raleigh office is now located at 434 Fayetteville Street, Suite 2200, Raleigh, NC 27601.

Kenzie is a litigation attorney based in Morningstar Law Group’s Raleigh office. She represents clients involved in a variety of litigation, ranging from employment and business litigation to government investigations and appeals. Kenzie develops litigation strategies, drafts briefs, negotiates settlements, and prepares clients for court.

Before joining Morningstar, Kenzie worked with the NC Department of Justice. While at NCDOJ, Kenzie was part of a team that worked extensively on an appeal argued before the Supreme Court of the United States, defended the UNC System schools, and defended State agencies before the Industrial Commission and Office of Administrative Hearings.  Before NCDOJ, Kenzie clerked at the NC Business Court and Court of Appeals of North Carolina.

A problem solver at heart, Kenzie passionately advocates for her clients to achieve favorable results. She aims to resolve disputes before they reach the courtroom when possible, and diligently defends them when litigation cannot be avoided.
